1. What is FENISTIL GEL and what to use
FENISTIL GEL contains active ingredient which belongs to a group of medications called antihistamines. They are used to relieve skin allergies and many different types of itching.
FENISTIL gel is cooling, colorless, odorless gel non-greasy. It does not stain your clothes.
FENISTIL GEL relieves the itching by blocking the action of histamine-a substance that is released into the body during an allergic reaction.

2. BEFORE USING FENISTIL GEL
Do not use FENISTIL GEL
If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to the active substance or any of the other ingredients of FENISTIL GEL (see item 6).
Inform your doctor or pharmacist, FENISTIL GEL because it is not suitable for you in these circumstances.
Take special care with FENISTIL GEL
Avoid prolonged exposure in the Sun on large surfaces of the body on which it is applied to the gel.
Inform your doctor if it is a very intense itching or extensive skin involvement.
Use of other drugs
Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including those obtained without a prescription.
Pregnancy and lactation
During pregnancy and lactation do not use FENISTIL gel on large skin surfaces, especially if they are injured or inflamed. Do not put gel on nipples if breastfeeding.
In infants and young children do not use the gel on FENISTIL large skin surfaces, especially if they are injured or inflamed.
3. HOW to USE FENISTIL GEL
Apply 2 to 4 times a day on the affected areas.
Consult your doctor if symptoms do not improve within a week. If you accidentally swallow FENISTIL GEL, inform your doctor immediately.
4. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Like all medicines, FENISTIL gel can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
FENISTIL GEL may cause slight dryness or feeling the burning sensation on the skin.
In very rare cases can cause skin rashes or itching: If you experience these symptoms, stop using FENISTIL gel and inform your doctor or pharmacist.
If any of the side effects get serious, or notice any other than those described in this leaflet side effects, please inform your doctor or pharmacist.
5. HOW to STORE FENISTIL GEL
Keep out of the reach of children. Store below 25 ° c.
Do not use FENISTIL GEL after the expiry date stated on the package. Refers to the last day of that month.
Medicines should not be disposed of in the wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of unnecessary drugs. These measures will help protect the environment.
